I've always loved giving and receiving books as gifts, so let's have a giveaway!
Pick up a nice gift for yourself or some elephant-loving reader you know. Leave a comment here and tell me about a holiday wish and/or your wish for the new year. You can earn extra points by following me on Twitter or Facebook, tweeting about the contest, adding CHAINED on Goodreads, or subscribing to this blog. All the steps are in the easy Rafflecopter giveaway below.
On December 19th I'll pick two winners who will receive a signed hardcover of CHAINED (personalized too, if you'd like) along with some signed bookmarks and postcards.
Good luck!

ReplyDeleteI am hoping for a sense of peace in 2013. I would love to feel like I am on the right path in life and being the best I can be.
ReplyDeleteGreat wish for all of us!
DeleteI'm hoping for my diploma and a job in 2013! Oh and more time to write! :) Is this open internationally?

Thank you for entering, and best wishes for smooth sailing for the rest of your school career!
DeleteI'm hoping that the event I'm putting together to spotlight MG authors next year on the blog will turn out good. So far things are shaping up nicely.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the spotlight; glad it's going well so far!
DeleteThank you! It's the biggest thing I've put together for my blog. =)
DeleteI'm hoping for good news about a job I'm waiting for, and I'm hoping to write something that I can query! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on both fronts!
DeleteI hope to continue to read and promote more books about children in different times and places. I am especially hoping to win a signed copy of "Chained" for my 5th-grade student, Hastin, who served as a "test reader" for the library copy and pronounced it "The best book I ever read!"
ReplyDeleteWait a minute, you have an actual student named Hastin!? That is so cool; I've never met anyone with that name, and it's not a common one.
DeleteIf you don't win the contest, I'll have to at least send some signed bookmarks or something. Thanks for the work you do!
Yes, indeed. When he pronounced the excellence of the novel, he beamed & told me that Hastin means "elephant keeper."
DeleteThat is adorable!
DeleteMy wish for the new year is to continue to learn and improve and grow. I wanted a better future for my children and I and that is why I went back to school. Little did I know I'd be where I am today and how difficult it would be.
ReplyDeleteGood for you for going back, Angela! It is hard but it will all be worth it. Hope you have an awesome 2013. Thanks for entering the giveaway!
DeleteI wish to win this book and donate it to my local elementary school library so that children in Florida can read this awesome book.
ReplyDeleteAnd you did, Jennifer! Send your mailing address and how you want the book personalized to lynne01[at]gmail.com and I'll get that in the mail to you right away!
DeleteI wish to win this book for my sister's classroom.
ReplyDeleteI hope to have blog success in 2013.
Looks like a great blog! Best wishes for the new year, and thanks for entering!
